Deviled Eggs!!!!

Deviled Eggs! Hmm I remember these! Do you?
Served with Ham , Chicken and Dressing on
Thanks Givings and Christmas. It was a tradition in
our home! Would you like to try them? Here is the
recipe! Enjoy!!!

DEVILED EGGS

Hard-boil twelve eggs. Remove the shells. Cut the eggs into halves,
crosswise. Take out the yolks without breaking the whites. Press the
yolks through a sieve. Add four tablespoonfuls of finely chopped
chicken or ham. Add a half teaspoonful of salt, a salt spoonful
of pepper and two tablespoonfuls of melted butter. Rub the mixture.
Form it into balls the size of the yolks and put them into the places
in the whites from which the yolks were taken. Put two halves
together, roll them in tissue paper that has been fringed at the ends,
giving each a twist. If these balls are made the size of the yolk, and
put back into the whites, they may be placed on a platter, heated, and
served on toast, with cream sauce; then they are very much like the
eggs Bernhardt.

Big Christmas Tree Cookies!

Big Christmas Cookie Trees!!!

I love the taste and smell of
Christmas Cookies! Do you?

If you love Christmas Cookies
as much as I do here is the
recipe! Enjoy! :)

Big Christmas Cookie Trees

1 package refrigerated sugar cookies (18 ounce)
Creamy vanilla frosting, canned or homemade, about 1 cup.
Green food color
Colored decorator's icing
Assorted decorations, candies
Line 2 large cookie sheets with aluminum foil. Remove half of cookie dough from the package
and refrigerate the rest. Cut dough into 16 slices. Roll 15 of the slices into balls.
Arrange cookie dough balls in a triangle shape, placing balls about 1/4-inch apart in rows of
5,4,3,2, and 1. Shape the last slice and use for the trunk of the tree.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 10 to 14 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool
completely, then repeat for the second tree.
When trees are cooled, peel foil from backs and place on trays. Combine frosting and food
coloring in a small bowl; blend well. Frost cookies. Decorate with tinted icing and desired
candies.
